Deakin University, Australia, and OP Jindal Global University (JGU) announce the Global B.Com. (Hons.) + B. Business + MBA (International) integrated programme.

It is a first of its kind in finance and business education in India, which grants students two undergraduate degrees and one postgraduate degree leveraging on the expertise of two internationally renowned universities. This programme is announced under the Jindal and Deakin Education (JADE) Partnership, established in 2021 to offer innovative models of global education, training, and research for students in India.

This integrated programme employs a unique 2+1+1.5 structure that assures savings of cost and time for students. Students of the programme can begin their academic journey at Jindal School of Banking and Finance where they spend two years studying Global B.Com. (Hons.). After two years, upon completion of the course, students will be enrolled directly in the 3rd year of the Bachelor of Business (B. Business) programme at Deakin University. Students can then opt to continue to the master’s programme where they will spend 1.5 years at Deakin University pursuing their postgraduate studies at the end of which they will graduate with the MBA (International) degree in addition to the two undergraduate degrees. The partnership will be coordinated through Deakin University’s South Asia office based in New Delhi and through JGU’s campus in Sonipat.
