CSIR Recruitment 2023: Applications invited for 444 Section Officer posts; direct link here

The Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) invited applications for 444 Section Officer and Assistant Section Officer posts. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website- csir.res.in.

This recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 444 vacancies of which 368 vacancies are for the post of Assistant Section Officer and 76 vacancies are for the post of Section Officer. As per the schedule, the application process is underway and the deadline for the submission of the application form is till 12 January (till 5 pm). The last date for the submission of the online application fee is till 14 January (till 5 pm).

The age eligibility for the CSIR Recruitment 2023 must not exceed 33 years. It must also be noted that the minimum educational qualification for a candidate is to possess a university degree.

CSIR Recruitment 2023: Steps to apply

1. Visit the official website- csir.res.in
2. On the homepage, click on the recruitment tab
3. A new page will appear on the screen
4. Click on “CSIR - COMBINED ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES EXAMINATION – 2023 (CASE – 2023) [Last Date: 12/01/2024]”
5. Fill in the application form and upload the required documents
6. Submit and take a printout of the same for future reference

The application fee is Rs 500 for Unreserved (UR), OBC and EWS Categories. Women/SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/CSIR Departmental Candidates are exempted from the payment of the application fee.

The tentative date for the phase 1 examination is February 2024.
