The Central Seat Allocation Board will be closing the registration for CSAB 2022 special round, today 28 October. Candidates who are yet to apply for the special round registration can register today by logging into the official website– csab.nic.in

The CSAB provides admissions into the participating institutes (IIITs, NITs, and GFTIs) on the basis of JEE Main scores. The registered candidates will be allotted seats by the exam authorities as per their JEE Main merit, preferences, and availability of seats.

CSAB 2022 special registration: Steps to apply

  • Log on to the CSAB 2022 official website– csab.nic.in
  • Click on the “CSAB special” link
  • Press the “registration and choice filling” tab
  • Enter your JEE Main application number, password, and security pin, and click on sign in.
  • Upload the necessary details and complete the payment for the CSAB application fee online
  • Select and lock the choice of institute or college/course
  • Download the application form CSAB 2022 for future reference.

The candidates must note that the choice filling and physical verification process will be conducted on 29 October 2022. However, after this process of CSAB 2022, the seat allotment result of CSAB 2022 will be out on 30 October. Candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of their JEE Main merit.

Additionally. the candidates will be allowed to apply for the freeze, slide, and float process from 30 October to 1 November. Qualified candidates will be required to report at the allotted college/institute and get their documents verified. The candidates have to pay their admissions fees to secure their admission seats.
