In Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced opening a regional office and Center of Excellence (CoE). The Board has added a 17th Regional Office and Center of Excellence in the nation, which will serve affiliated schools in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, according to a release from the board.

The press announcement added, "Beginning with the Academic Session 2023–24, the Regional Office, Vijayawada, shall conduct Board Examinations. The address of RO Vijayawada is: Krishna District-521456, Andhra Pradesh, 7-104, B-Block, Sri Anjaneya Towers NTTPS Road, Ibrahimpatnam, (Premises of the O/o Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh). As a result, starting with the academic year 2023–2024, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and the Andaman & Nicobar Islands will fall under the purview of the Regional Office, Chennai.

The Class 10 & 12 CBSE Board Exams 2023 will start on 15 February 2023. The board has activated the link for downloading CBSE admit cards for 2023. Schools can now get the CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 admit cards for the 2023 board exams from the official website, cbse.gov.in
