Keeping in view the ongoing general elections throughout the country, Benaras Hindu University (BHU) has extended the registration dates for Post Graduate degree programmes at the university. The last date for submission of applications has been extended till June 3.

Students who have not yet submitted their applications can do so by visiting the official website at bhu.ac.in.

To be eligible for the admission process, students much have cleared the Common University Entrance Test (CUET PG) 2024 conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

Following the completion of the registration process, students will be provided the opportunity to make corrections in their application forms in case of any mistakes. The correction window will remain open from June 5 to June 6.

How to submit application?

Step 1: Visit the official website of BHU at bhu.ac.in

Step 2: Under the admission tab click on the link mentioning 'PG Registration cum counselling 2024'

Step 3: Click on 'New Registration' and register yourself

Step 4: Pay registration fee

Step 5: Download the registration form and take a print out

Registration Fee

General Category/OBC-NCL/EWS - Rs 300

SC/ST/PwBD - Rs 150

Candidates will apply and submit preferences through online mode using the CAP (PG)- 2024 portal of BHU. Applications submitted through any other means will not be considered under any circumstances.
