The National Law University (NLU) has started the admission withdrawal window for the BA LLB (Hons) and LLM programmes. Candidates who have been provisionally admitted for the academic session 2023-24 are eligible to withdraw their admission through the official website- nationallawuniversitydelhi.in.

The official notice of NLU reads, “Candidates who have been provisionally admitted to the B.A.LL.B.(Hons.)/LL.M. programme for the Academic Year 2023-24 and wish to withdraw their admission must log in to their AILET 2023 account and mark "WITHDRAW."

It further reads, “Withdrawal requests made via email, SMS, or telephone will not be accepted.” To login candidates will need their registered mobile number and password to login into their AILET 2023 account.

Earlier NLU, Delhi conducted the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2023 exam for admission to BA LLB, LLM and PhD programmes on 11 December 2022. The exam was held in offline pen and paper mode in around 39 test centres across the country.

The AILET 2023 second merit list for the LLM programme was released on 30 January 2023. The second provisional merit list for BA LLB and the first provisional merit list for the LLM programme was declared on 6 January 2023.

Candidates will need to check the merit list by visiting the official website NLU.
