The thought of how they defended themselves, their family and their friends through Karate is what made this 13-year-old Karateka pursue the martial art form and win numerous awards and certifications. Practising karate is more than just defence. For Saiswaroop it is also a source of happiness as well. He abides by patience as it is an important part of Karate. Having received a black belt at this young age, Saiswaroop owes his strength and support to his parents who are standing strong with him each step of the way. Discipline and self-confidence are something that Karateka has to instil in themselves and Saiswaroop is ensuring that he maintains that in the long run. He dreams of representing India in international championships like the Olympics, and Commonwealth Games in the field of Karate and Martial arts. Apart from that Sai wants to keep on levelling himself up by getting additional black belts and looks forward to getting a chance to train in the country where this sport originated, Japan.
