UP NEET UG counselling 2022: State registration to end today

The registration for the NEET UG counselling 2022 for Uttar Pradesh will be closing today, 28 October 2022. The counselling registration is being concluded by The Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Uttar Pradesh. Eligible candidates who are still yet to submit their applications and complete the registration fee can do so before 2 PM today at the official website– upneet.gov.in

The UP NEET counselling began on 22 October. Students must note that they can make their security deposits till 30 October 2022. The officials will be releasing the UP NEET UG 2022 merit list on the official website on 29 October 2022.

Furthermore, while making the registration for UP NEET UG counselling, students will be required to enter their NEET UG 2022 application number and a valid e-mail id. Candidates who appeared for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG 2022) and scored eligible marks will only be able to apply for counselling. NEET UG 2022 counselling for UP is held for MBBS and BDS admission for 85% of state quota seats offered by 32 medical and 23 dental colleges.

UP NEET counselling 2022: Steps to register

  • Log on to UP NEET 2022 official website– upneet.gov.in
  • Click on the ‘Step -1 Registration UG (MBBS/BDS)’ option on the homepage.
  • Press the NEET UG counselling tab from the drop-down menu.
  • Enter NEET UG 2022 application number and roll number
  • Fill in the captcha code and press the ‘Submit’ button.
  • Upload documents and pay the registration fee.
