During his annual "Pariksha Pe Charcha" (PPC 2023) at the Talkatora Indoor Stadium, New Delhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will interact with students, parents, and teachers on 27 January 2023.

On 30 December 2022, the selection process for the participants' creative writing contest came to an end. Students in classes 9 to 12, as well as their parents and teachers, could enter the competition. The participants will have an opportunity to construct questions for the prime minister. Questions for the programme will be shortlisted by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT).

The three top groups from "Kala Utsav" were invited by the education minister Dharmendra Pradhan to attend "Pariksha Pe Charcha" so they could perform for the audience.

The stadium hosted the inaugural edition of the prime minister's interactive programme with high school and college students on 16 February 2018.
