NIRF 2022 Ranking announced: JU and CU at the top of State-aided Universities list

The NIRF Rankings of colleges across the country were declared by Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan via live broadcast on July 15, 2022. The Education Ministry ranks colleges from across the country on parameters 5 major parameters, namely Teaching, Learning & Resources, Research and Professional Practice, Graduation Outcomes, Outreach and Inclusivity and Peer Perception, to release the National Institutional Ranking Framework.
West Bengal’s own Jadavpur University, Calcutta University top the list in State-aided Universities. Presidency College ranks 3rd and St Xavier’s 8th among colleges from across the country.

Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan also launched the NIRF India ranking booklet in this conference. National Institutional Ranking Framework is considered to be a benchmark and is a true reflector of the stature of the universities and colleges featured on it.
