Registration for the National Entrance Screening Exam (NEST 2023) will begin today, 27 February 2023. The deadline for online registration for the NEST 2023 is 17 May 2023. nestexam.in is the official NEST 2023 website. On 24 June 2023, the NEST 2023 will be conducted at various examination venues.
NEST 2023: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have completed the Class 12 examination in 2021 or 2022 or be registered to take it in 2023 in order to be eligible for the NEST 2023. Candidates must have received a grade of at least 60% overall, or the equivalent, on their Class 12 test from a recognized board. However, candidates from the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Divyangjan categories must achieve a minimum score of 55%.
NEET 2023: Application Fee
Candidates in the General and OBC categories will be required to pay Rs 1,200, while female applicants, members of Scheduled Castes (SC), Members of Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Divyangjan candidates will each be required to pay Rs 600 as part of the NEST 2023 registration fee.

About NEST 2023
The National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar, and the University of Mumbai-Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UM-DAE CEBS), Bombay, both provide admission via NEST. The DISHA programme of the Department of Atomic Energy offers an annual scholarship of Rs 60,000 to applicants accepted to the programme at NISER or CEBS as well as a grant of Rs 20,000 for the summer internship.
