The Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Delhi after the release of CUET results, announced the admission process for their undergraduate (UG) programmes to begin soon. This year, the university is conducting admissions through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2022. Candidates who have registered for JNU will soon be able to access the admission portal at the official website — jnu.ac.in. The university has just issued a notification in this regard.

An official notice from JNU reads, “Consequent upon declaration of CUET (UG)-2022 result by NTA, the Admission Branch is processing data/details of candidates provided by NTA and shall open the portal shortly on JNU website for candidates seeking admission to JNU to fill application form by paying the admission processing fee.”

The university had notified that it is processing candidates’ data received from NTA and the portal for admission will be launched soon. To check the notice candidates will have to go to the official JNU website — jnu.ac.in — and then click on the admissions tab available in the top menu. From there they will have to select UG courses and can read the latest information provided.

This year onward, all the central universities will consider CUET scores for admissions to undergraduates. Like all other central universities, this will be the first time, JNU will use CUET UG score as an assessment point for admissions to all UG courses.
