The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2024 on January 21. The offline pen-and-paper exam will assess candidates' eligibility for primary and upper-primary level teaching positions.

Candidates can obtain their CTET 2024 admit cards from the official website, ctet.nic.in, using their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth. The examination will take place in two shifts, with the first session from 9:30 am to 12 pm and the second from 2:30 pm to 5 pm.

To facilitate candidates across the country, CBSE has designated more than 200 test cities for the CTET 2024 exam. The admit card is a mandatory document for exam day, and candidates without it will not be permitted to participate.

CTET Exam Structure:

  • Paper 1 includes questions from Child Development and Pedagogy (CDP), Language-1, Language-2, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies.
  • Paper 2 comprises questions from CDP, Language-1, Language-2, Mathematics, and either Science or Social Studies/Social Sciences.
  • All CTET questions are multiple-choice (MCQs) with four options, and each question carries one mark. There is no negative marking.

Steps to Download CTET 2024 Admit Card:

1. Go to ctet.nic.in.

2. Click on the 'Download Admit Card: CTET-Jan-2024' link on the homepage.

3. Fill in the required credentials and click submit.

4. Your CBSE CTET 2024 admit card will show up on the screen.

5. Download and take a printout for future reference.
