The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has extended the registration deadline for students entering grades 9 and 11 for the 2024 board exams to October 25. The updated timetable is accessible to school administrators via the official website, cbse.gov.in.

According to a formal announcement from the CBSE, "Considering various representations received from schools, the schedule for submission of registration data for Class 9, 11, and 2023-24 has been extended as follows."

To ensure that tests are prepared in a timely manner, the board stated in another statement that it will not accept a change in subject in the submitted List of Candidates (LOC). The initial circular stated that the schools must submit the information on the students and subjects carefully as it cannot be amended later, and CBSE has reminded them of this requirement.

With late fee, students can register on the portal from 26 October 2023 to 29 October 2023.
