CBSE Board Exam 2024: Guidelines and SOPs announced for class 10 and 12 practical exam

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the guidelines and SOPs for conducting the practical examination for both classes 10 and 12.

The guidelines and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the practical examination/Project/Internal Assessment" of both the classes have been issued by the board to ensure uniformity of instruction and to ensure correctness of procedures.

The schools will have to follow the necessary guidelines issued by the board for the conducting the Practical examinations/Project/Internal Assessment, according to the directive issued by Dr Sanyam Bharadwaj, the Controller of Examinations.

While the board has instructed the winter bound schools to conduct their Practical Examinations/Project/Internal Assessment from November 14 to December 14, the regular session schools will be conducting the examinations from January 1 to February 14.

Following the practical examinations, the schools will have to upload the marks of the students correctly on the website of the board. No correction in the uploaded marks will be allowed by the board.
