The BCI is all set to conduct the AIBE 17 exam on 5 February 2023

The Bar Council of India (BCI) has released the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 17 admit card on its official website. Applicants can now download the AIBE 17 admit card 2023 by visiting allindiabarexamination.com or barcouncilofindia.org. To access and download the AIBE 17 admit card, applicants must log in with their user ID and password. The BCI is all set to conduct the AIBE 17 exam on 5 February 2023.

AIBE XVII (17) exam instructions

  • Applicants must remember to carry their AIBE 17 admit card along with their Photo ID proof to their respective examination centres.
  • They must report to their respective examination centres by 08:30 AM, no entry will be permitted post 10:15 AM.
  • Applicants will be permitted to carry only BARE ACTS (without notes and comments) inside their allotted examination centre.
  • All kinds of markings on the answer sheet must be done with a blue or black ball point pen only. Usage of pencil may lead to the disqualification of the exam.
  • Applicants must fill in their roll number on the answer sheet as given on the admit card along with the respective ovals. Any kind of mismatch may lead to disqualification.
  • Applicants must also note to fill in the AIBE question booklet, set code and roll number and every other required details correctly on their answer sheet.
  • In case of over 50% disability, 20 minutes extra time per hour will be given to the applicant. However, such applicants must note to submit a certified copy of their disability certificate to the invigilator to get that extra time.
  • In case of any disability, prevents an applicant from writing the exam themself, a scribe should preferably be a class 10 or 12 student (not from humanities stream) and such scribe shall be required to carry their school identity card, age and address proof- Aadhar Card. No scribe will be provided by the examination centre.
  • The candidature for the examination is provisional. Only the candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be allowed to sit for the examination.
  • Applicants caught cheating or using any unfair means by the invigilators will be debarred from giving the exam.
