SSC MTS Application Window 2024 Closes Today at ssc.gov.in; Know how to register here

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will close the SSC MTS (Multi-Tasking Staff) application window 2024 today at 11 pm. Candidates who wish to apply for the SSC MTS exam 2024 will have to go through the eligibility criteria before filling the SSC MTS application form on the official website- ssc.gov.in.

A total of 8,326 vacancies are available under the SSC MTS exam 2024 with 4,887 vacancies for MTS (Multi- Tasking Staff) and 3,439 openings for the post of havaldars. As per the schedule, SSC MTS 2024 registration link was made available on 27 June on the official website. As per the SSC exam calendar 2024, the recruitment exam is expected to be held in October.

The eligibility criteria for the exam varies according to the post, but the age limit ranges between 18-25 years. Candidates should have a minimum educational qualification of matriculation (Class 10) from a recognised board to be eligible.

SSC MTS Application 2024: Steps to register

1. Go to the official website- ssc.gov.in
2. Click on the ‘Register Now' link
3. Fill in basic details and submit the registration form to receive a registration ID and password on your registered email ID and mobile number
4. Log in to the SSC portal with the registered credentials
5. Click on the 'Apply' link next to SSC MTS 2024
6. Fill in personal details, educational qualifications, category, gender, communication address, etc., as required in the application form
7. Upload scanned documents and proceed to pay the application fee
8. Submit and take a printout of the SSC MTS Application Form 2024

It must be noted that the application fee for SSC MTS exam 2024 is Rs 100 for general and OBC candidates. Female candidates and those belonging to SC, ST, physically handicapped, and ex-servicemen categories are exempted from paying the application fee.
