Participants will be adept at handling the micro and macro-level aspects of human resource management to enable their organisation to achieve workforce resilience, business productivity, and competitive advantage.

“The role of HR has evolved manifold in recent times. The role of HR today is not only confined to talent management but also includes bridging employee skillset as per changing business demands, fostering an employee-centric workplace, and ensuring a rise in workforce productivity towards meeting business targets. According to a recent Gartner report (2021), nearly 60% of HR leaders reported that building critical skills and competencies will be their number one priority in 2022.
