The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay has commenced the Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) 2024 counselling registration process for admission to the BDes programmes. Students who have qualified for the exam will be deemed eligible to apply for admissions at IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Roorkee and IIITDM Jabalpur for the academic year 2024-2025. There will be a common application form processed by the UCEED Office of IIT Bombay for the same. The application window will remain live till March 31, 2024, and candidates will be able to submit their form through a link available on the official website - uceed.iitb.ac.in.
The application process will include the submission of the form, along with payment of ₹4000 as a counselling processing fee, and uploading relevant documents.
The supporting documents required during the said process are scanned copies of the candidate’s photograph, signature, UCEED score card, class XII mark sheet, EWS/OBC-NCL/SC/ST certificate, PwD certificate, and OCI/PIO card.
Five rounds of seat allocation will be conducted after the processing of the application forms submitted by the candidates. The allocation will be based on their All India Rank, reservation category, and seat availability in each institute at the time of seat allocation. Shortlisted candidates will receive the provisional allotment letter via their registered email.

A total of 225 seats are to be filled in IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati, IIT Delhi, IIT Roorkee, IIT Hyderabad, and IIITDM Jabalpur under the UCEED 2024 counselling process.
