The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay has declared the Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design (UCEED 2024) results, today i.e., March 8. Candidates who had appeared for the examination can now check their results through the official website - uceed.iitb.ac.in/2024/.
Steps to Download the UCEED 2024 Results:
The scorecards will be available for downloading from the official website from March 11 to June 12, 2024. The UCEED 2024 score will remain valid for one year from the result's declaration date.
The UCEED 2024 was conducted on January 21, 2024, and consisted of two parts (Part-A and Part-B). Marks obtained in Part-A will be used as the shortlisting method, and Part-B paper of those candidates who do not get shortlisted, shall not be evaluated. All the candidates who have been shortlisted will be provided with a rank. The total UCEED score will be computed by combining the marks obtained in Parts A and B, which will be used to prepare the final result and rank.
According to the official website, “The responses of the candidates for Part-A of UCEED 2024 will be available for download ONLY until the declaration of the UCEED result. Downloading of Part-A responses will be DISABLED once the UCEED results are declared. No further requests will be entertained in this regard.”
This examination is a crucial selection procedure for aspiring designers who want to pursue a Bachelor of Design (B Des) degree at several IITs and other renowned design schools.
