The School of Law at Christ University, Pune Lavasa Campus, successfully concluded its flagship event, THEMIS – 6th Moot Court Competition, held from March 27 to 29, 2026. The national-level competition brought together some of the brightest legal minds from across the country, reinforcing its reputation as a premier platform for advocacy and legal scholarship.

Featuring a substantial prize pool of ₹3,00,000, the competition also recognised individual excellence through awards for Best Speaker, Best Researcher, and Best Memorial. The 2026 moot proposition centred on contemporary issues in constitutional law, federalism, and data governance, encouraging participants to engage critically with evolving legal frameworks and challenges.

The preliminary and quarter-final rounds were evaluated by experienced faculty members and legal practitioners, ensuring rigorous and fair assessment standards.

The semi-final rounds were adjudicated by Md Zafar Imam and Pankaj Kapoor, who brought their extensive expertise to the judging panel. The final round was evaluated by an esteemed jury comprising Ashim Kumar Roy, Jyotsna Yagnik, and Subir Kumar Roy, whose insights enriched the participants’ experience.
