The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will initiate the registration process for the National Eligibility Entrance Test - Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2024 counselling stray vacancy round tomorrow, October 21, 2024. Aspiring candidates seeking admission to medical, dental, or Bachelor of Science (BSc) Nursing programmes can complete their registration through the official website, mcc.nic.in.

1. Visit the official website mcc.nic.in
2. Click on the ‘NEET UG Stray Round Registration’ link.
3. Enter the required details and submit the form.
4. Complete the application form and pay the applicable fee.
5. Download and print the confirmation page for future reference.

NEET UG Counselling 2024 Stray Vacancy Round Schedule

• Choice-Filling and Locking: October 25 - 26, 2024
• Seat Allotment Result: October 26, 2024
• Data Verification by Institutes: October 26 - 28, 2024
• Final Seat Allotment Announcement: October 29, 2024
• Reporting to Allotted Institutes: October 30 - November 5, 2024

For candidates participating in this round, a non-refundable registration fee of INR 5,000 applies uniformly. However, candidates registering under the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) or applying to central universities will need to pay a fee based on their category. 

Unreserved (UR) and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) candidates must pay INR 1,000, while Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates will be charged INR 500. The last date to submit the registration fee is October 25, 2024, by 3PM.
