The case, brought forward by a group of NEET PG aspirants, centres around demands for transparency from the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). Petitioners have called for the release of the NEET PG answer key, raw marks, and details of the normalization method used in the results. However, the NBEMS has so far declined to upload these details on its official website, natboard.edu.in, despite repeated requests.

On the other hand, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has declared the NEET PG 2024 seat allotment results for round 1 on November 20, 2024. The results, available on MCC’s official website, pertain to MD, MS, and DNB admissions under the 50% All India Quota seats.
