In a recent development, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has made the decision to postpone the UPSC Civil Service Prelims Exam 2024. This decision comes in light of the upcoming General Election, with the exam now rescheduled to take place from May 26 to June 16, 2024.
According to the official notice released by the UPSC, the decision to postpone the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination – 2024, which also serves as a screening test for the Indian Forest Service Examination, 2024, was made due to the scheduling conflicts arising from the General Election.
