UGC: Colleges Affliated To HEIs Should Register On FIT India Portal

In a letter, the University Grants Commission (UGC) asked higher education institutions (HEIs) and the colleges that they affiliate with to encourage students to sign up for accounts on the FIT INDIA website.

The FIT INDIA portal was created by the Ministry of Education to ensure that all HEI staff and students are emotionally and intellectually healthy in addition to being physically and mentally fit. Students and faculty are urged to update information about fitness activities held at various intervals.

From 15 November to 15  December 2022, the fourth edition of Fit India will start school week and will be held as part of this project. The Fit India school week is a great time for all schools to celebrate their yearly sporting events.
