SSC CHT Admit Card 2024 Expected Today: Steps to Download for December 9 Exam

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is expected to release the admit cards for the Combined Hindi Translator (CHT) recruitment examination today, December 4, 2024. Candidates can download their admit cards through the login module on the official website ssc.gov.in.

How to Download SSC CHT Admit Card 2024

1. Visit the official website ssc.gov.in.
2. Click on the login link.
3. Enter the candidate’s credentials and submit. The SSC CHT Paper 1 admit card will appear on the screen.
4. Verify all the details carefully.
5. Download the admit card and take a printout for future reference.

Candidates are advised to verify all details on the admit card and carry a hard copy to the examination center along with a valid photo ID.

The SSC has also issued the exam city notification slip for Paper 1 of the Junior Hindi Translator (JHT) exam. The Computer-Based Examination (CBE) for Paper 1 is scheduled to be held on December 9, 2024.

SSC CHT Exam Pattern 2024

• Paper 1: This objective-type test will include questions on General Hindi and General English, with a total of 100 questions for 100 marks. The duration of the exam is two hours.
• Negative Marking: A penalty of 0.25 marks will apply for each incorrect answer.
• Paper 2: This descriptive examination will test candidates on translation and essay writing, with a 200-mark question paper. The duration for Paper 2 is two hours.

The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 312 vacancies across roles such as Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translation Officer, Junior Translator, Senior Hindi Translator, and Senior Translator in various ministries, departments, and organisations under the central government.
