For admission to undergraduate programmes at colleges and universities across the nation and abroad, registration for the digital Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) is currently open. SAT testing is done by College Board.

The last date to register for the first SAT test is 24 February 2023, and the first test will take place on 11 March 2023. On 6 May 2023 and 3 June 2023, respectively, the second and third SAT exams will be conducted. Candidates can visit the following website satsuite.collegeboard.org to register for SAT 2023.

According to an official statement, thousands of schools and universities throughout the world accept SAT scores, and the India Global Higher Education Alliance, a collection of more than 40 reputable universities in and outside of India, uses the SAT to gauge students' preparation for college.

The India Scholars Program also provides lower-income students with discounts of up to 90% on SAT registration fees and scholarships at Indian colleges that take part, some of which pay the full cost of attendance till graduation. The SAT was previously administered in offline mode; this year, it will be conducted in online mode. The exam will be conducted for a duration of 2 hours.
