Today, 6 April 2023, is the last day to register for the National Eligibility Entrance Test for Undergraduates (NEET-UG) 2023, according to the National Testing Agency (NTA). On the official website, neet.nta.nic.in, applicants who have not yet registered for the medical entrance test may do so. The examination date of NEET UG 2023 is set for 7 May 2023.
The application fee for NEET UG 2023 is Rs 1,700 for general category candidates and Rs 1,600 for general EWS and OBC category candidates. Candidates from Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disabilities (PH) must pay Rs 1,000. Candidates who fall under the NRI category must pay Rs 9,500.
NEET UG 2023: Steps to register
- Visit the official website - www.neet.nta.nic.in
- Click on the registration link
- Fill up the form with the mandatory information, select a password, and security question
- Verify details and the OTP sent to the registered email id and phone number and click on save.
- While using the login credentials, the candidates must log in on the official website
- Fill out the application form
- Upload the required documents in the recommended size and format
- Pay the application fee
- Submit the application form, download it as a PDF & take a printout as well for future reference
