The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has made a crucial alteration to the Class 10 and 12 exams scheduled for November 7, 2023 in Chhattisgarh and Mizoram. This decision comes in response to the forthcoming state legislative assembly elections. The revised date for the exams is now set for November 9, 2023.
As per the statement issued by NIOS “The time and duration of examination and examination centres would remain the same as notified earlier. All concerned learners with centres in Chhattisgarh and Mizoram are requested to appear for the examination as per the revised date of examination.”
It is important to note that the examination will proceed as initially planned at all other test centres and will conclude on November 6, 2023.
As for the results, NIOS plans on releasing the Class 10 and 12 results for 2023 within seven weeks after the final examination. Students appearing for the exams must obtain their admit cards from the official website, sdmis.nios.ac.in.
