The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has announced the results of the Written Examination conducted to recruit Assistant Professors in Government Degree Colleges of Jammu and Kashmir's Higher Education Department. Candidates who appeared for the examinations can now visit the official website at jkpsc.nic.in and check their results.

JKPSC aims to fill a total of 285 vacancies. The examinations were conducted on 25 and 26 May 2023. Candidates who have provisionally qualified in the written examination will be invited for interviews starting from 3 July.

The commission emphasised that the candidature of the candidates mentioned in the notification's annexures is provisional. The candidates' documents will be verified during the interview process. If any discrepancies regarding age, qualifications, experience, or other eligibility conditions are discovered, the candidate may be disqualified from the interview, or if already interviewed, their candidature will be cancelled.
