Admissions are now open at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) for the Undergraduate (UG) and Certificate of Proficiency (COP) programmes for the academic year 2024-25. Eligible candidates who have appeared for the CUET (UG) 2024 are invited to apply for these programmes.

The online application process is available from August 2 to August 12, 2024, until 11.50PM. 

How to Apply for JNU UG and COP Programmes 2024

  1. Visit the official website at jnuee.jnu.ac.in.
  2. Locate the application link on the homepage and log in using their NTA Application Number and Date of Birth as the User ID and Password, respectively.
  3. Complete the personal details section and verify the information.
  4. If all details are correct, click ‘submit’.
  5. Download and save a copy of the application form for future reference.

The e-Prospectus available on JNU's official website states that admissions to BA (Honours) in Foreign Languages, BSc in Ayurveda Biology, and COP Programmes will be determined through CUET (UG) 2024. 

Selection Process

Admission will be based on the performance in the CUET (UG) 2024 and the deprivation points earned by eligible candidates. There will be no viva voce examination for these programmes.
