The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is set to release the results for the CA Intermediate and Foundation exams held in September 2024. Candidates who appeared in these exams can access their results starting tomorrow, October 30, on the official website, icai.org, as well as on icai.nic.in, the designated result portal.
According to an official announcement by ICAI, “The results of the Chartered Accountants Intermediate and Foundation Examinations held in September 2024 are likely to be declared on Wednesday, the 30th October 2024 and the same can be accessed by candidates on the website icai.nic.in.”

Passing Criteria for CA Inter and Foundation Exam Results 2024
For the CA Foundation September 2024 exam, candidates must score a minimum of 40% in each paper and maintain an aggregate of 50% across all papers in a single attempt to pass.
In the previous CA Foundation exam held in June, out of 91,900 candidates, 13,749 (or 14.96%) passed. Among male candidates, 7,766 of 48,580 passed, with a success rate of 15.66%. Among female candidates, 5,983 of 42,230 passed, translating to a pass percentage of 14.14%.
