The deadline for the recruitment of officers and Office Assistants in Regional Rural Banks has now been extended. The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) issued a notification stating candidates who are yet to register will have until 28 June to apply.
Interested and eligible candidates can visit the official website of RRB at ibps.in and register themselves.
“After carefully reviewing the situation in the state of Manipur and due to natural calamities in certain parts of the country, it has been decided to extend the period of online registration of applications,” said IBPS in an official notification.
The candidates belonging to general category will have to pay Rs 850 as application fee whereas those belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) categories will have to pay Rs 175. “All other terms & conditions as mentioned in the Detailed Advertisement dated 01.06.2023 remain unchanged,” it added.
The IBPS RRB 2023 preliminary exams is scheduled to be held in August 2023.
