Answer Key of IIM CAT 2024 Out: How to Download and Submit Objections by December 5

The Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta has released the provisional answer key for the IIM CAT 2024 examination on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. Candidates who appeared for the test can access the answer key on the official website at iimcat.ac.in.

How to Download the IIM CAT Answer Key 2024

1. Visit the official website at iimcat.ac.in.
2. On the homepage, click on the ‘IIM CAT 2024 Answer Key’ link.
3. Log in using the candidate’s credentials and click on ‘Submit’.
4. View the answer key displayed on the screen.
5. Download the document and retain a hard copy for future reference.

Objection Window Open

The provisional answer key comes with an opportunity for candidates to raise objections. Those who wish to challenge the answer key can submit their objections through the designated portal until 11.55PM on December 5, 2024.

Steps to Raise Objections to CAT Answer Key 2024

1. Select the questions to challenge.
2. Provide supporting documents in PDF format.
3. Pay the applicable objection fee.
4. Finalise by submitting the objections.

The final results, which will incorporate the changes based on valid objections, are expected by the second week of January 2025. Qualifiers will become eligible for prestigious programmes at the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs).

The exam was conducted on November 24, 2024, across test centres in approximately 170 cities. It was held in three slots: morning, afternoon, and evening, with candidates reporting a moderate difficulty level.
