The AIAPGET 2024 counselling process is conducted by the Ayush Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) in multiple rounds, with Round 1 offering seats based on candidates' ranks, preferences, and availability of seats. Post-seat allotment, selected candidates will need to report to their allotted institutes within the specified time frame to confirm their admission.

The seat matrix, which provided a breakdown of available seats across various courses like MD/MS in Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani, and Siddha, was released prior to the allotment. This matrix has been crucial in helping candidates make informed choices during the counselling process.
Candidates who have been allotted seats in Round 1 must complete their document verification and fee payment at the respective institutes from September 20 to September 25. Those who did not secure a seat in this round can participate in the subsequent rounds of counselling, where more seats may become available.
