PUBDET 2024 Round 2 Seat Allotment Result Declared by WBJEEB - Admission Process Begins

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has announced the PUBDET 2024 seat allotment result for the second round. Candidates who had already registered for the first round and had not either received an allotment or had opted for an upgrade can now check their status through the official counselling website.

Candidates who appeared for PUBDET 2024 can easily access their round 2 seat allotment result by following these steps:

• Visit the official website at wbjeeb.nic.in/pubdet/.
• Click on the ‘seat allotment result for round 2’ link on the homepage.
• Enter your PUBDET roll number and password to log in to the account.
• Review the allotment letter if a seat has been allotted. 
• Download the allotment letter and take a printout for future reference.

After checking the seat allotment result, candidates who have been allotted a seat need to complete the following steps;

• Acceptance of Allotted Seat - Confirm the acceptance of the allotted seat by the specified deadline. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the seat.
• Payment of Fees - Pay the required seat acceptance fee (₹2000) through the online portal to secure your seat.
• Document Verification -  Attend the document verification process at the designated center with all necessary documents.

The PUBDET 2024 counselling process involves multiple rounds of seat allotment based on the candidate’s rank, preferences, and availability of seats. The counselling ensures students are allocated seats in the four-year BA/BSc(Honours) courses at the Presidency University.
