The West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission (WBMSC) has released the admit cards for the 7th State Level Selection Test (SLST) Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) 2024. Candidates can check and download their admit cards on the official website, wbmsc.com. The WBMSC TET 2024 examination is scheduled for January 28.
This recruitment drive aims to fill 1,729 teaching positions ranging from undergraduate to postgraduate levels for Classes 1 to 12 in non-government and government-aided Madrasahs in West Bengal.
The selection process for WBMSC TET 2024 involves an OMR-based preliminary test. Successful candidates from the prelims will progress to the main exam and subsequently an interview, with interviewees chosen based on main exam scores. The number of interviewees will be 1.5 times the final vacancies in the specific subject and category. Preliminary exam marks will not contribute to the final merit list. The OMR-based test comprises five sections child development and pedagogy, language 1, language 2, Arabic, and environmental studies each carrying 30 marks, totaling 150 marks.
