The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) declared the West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam 2022 results and merit list at a press conference on June 17.
Following this, the official link to WBJEE 2022 has been activated from 4 pm and rank cards are available for students on the official websites, wbjeeb.nic.in and wbjeeb.in.
Students need to keep their admit cards ready for checking their rank cards and follow the steps below:
This year, 98.85 per cent students cleared the WBJEE 2022 out of 81,393 who appeared for the exam. Of this, the percentage of boys was 73.2 per cent while girls were at 26.9 per cent. The WBJEE2022 was held in the offline mode on April 30, 2022 in the OMR format. The results were declared almost 48 days after the exams were held.
The WBJEE 2022 Final Answer Key was released by the Board on June 16. This was based on some objections raised by the candidates in the provisional answer key. The WBJEE Result 2022 has been declared on the basis of the Final Answer Key. Students can download the same from the official website - wbjeeb.nic.in.
Following the results, registration for the online counseling sessions are to be held tentatively in the third week of August, according to Board officials. Students who have cleared the WBJEE 2022 can now look at joining engineering and technology, pharmacy, architecture and other allied courses.
