The Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) has published the much-awaited results for the Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) 2024, today, May 3. Candidates who had appeared for the examination can now check their results through the official website - viteee.vit.ac.in or vit.ac.in.
VITEEE 2024 was conducted between April 19 and April 30, 2024, in computer-based test (CBT) mode for two hours and thirty minutes. This exam is a crucial institute-level selection procedure for aspiring students who want to pursue a B.Tech degree across the various campuses of VIT (Vellore, Chennai, AP, Bhopal) for the academic year 2024-2025.

Shortlisted candidates are called in for an online counselling session after which they are assigned a campus and a course depending on the course and campus preferences they indicated during counselling. Allotment will be based on the rank obtained, preference given, and availability during online counselling.
Counselling Criteria
It must be noted that all the VIT campuses follow a centralised counselling procedure which is held in five phases. As for the beginning of the counselling, the specific date is yet to be announced by the official website.
