The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the much-awaited final result for the Civil Services Examination (CSE), 2023, today.
Registered candidates who had appeared for the exam can now check their results through the official website - upsc.gov.in or upsconline.nic.in.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the much-awaited final result for the Civil Services Examination (CSE), 2023, today, April 16. Registered candidates who had appeared for the exam can now check their results through the official website - upsc.gov.in or upsconline.nic.in. 

Steps to Download the UPSC CSE Result

The final result declared is based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the written exam held by the UPSC in September 2023 and the interviews for the personality test held from January 2 to April 9, 2024. 

A total of 1016 candidates have been recommended for appointment to various posts including Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and Group A and B Central Services.

In accordance with Rule 20 (4) & (5) of the Civil Services Examination Rules 2023, the Commission is maintaining a consolidated Reserve List of candidates”, the official notification also added.
