Candidates who qualify in the written exam will be called for the Service Selection Board (SSB) interview. The SSB interview process assesses the candidates' personality, intelligence, and leadership qualities. After the interview process, UPSC will release the final merit list of selected candidates. The mark sheets will be uploaded by the Commission on its website within 15 days from the final result publication date of the OTA course.
