The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the UGC NET Phase 4 exam for the Sociology Paper on 11 March, 2023. The overall difficulty level of the UGC NET Sociology exam was moderate in nature as per the students feedback. 

The UGC NET Phase 4 exam is being conducted on 11 and 12 March for four subjects- Sociology, Computer Science and Application, Law, and Management (including Business Administration Mgt./Marketing / Marketing Mgt. / Industrial Relations and Personnel Mgt. / Personnel Mgt. /Financial Mgt. /Co-operative Management).  

The UGC NET Sociology exam got over at 12:00 pm in the first shift. The overall difficulty level  of the UGC NET Paper 1 for Phase 4 was easy to moderate in nature. Based on the reaction of the candidates the maths section was difficult, the reasoning and assertion were easy. In the maths section, questions were asked about Data Interpretation, Series, Missing Numbers, Percentages, Simple Interest, etc.

The UGC NET Paper 2 exam for Sociology was moderate in nature. The questions were asked about Social Movements in Indian, Political Processes in India, Communalism, State Politics and Development, Urbanism, etc.
