The National Testing Agency (NTA) published the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) exam schedule for June 2024 today i.e. 2 August 2024. Interested candidates will be able to check  the subject-wise UGC NET 2024 schedule on the official website- ugcnet.nta.ac.in. 

As per the schedule, the UGC NET June session 2024 will be conducted between 21 August and 4 September. The exam will be held in two shifts  – first shift from 9 am to 12 noon and second shift from 3 pm to 6 pm. 

The exam agency informed that the UGC NET exam city slip 2024 will be issued 10 days prior to the exam.  “The notification regarding intimation of city of exam centre will be displayed on NTA websites – ugcnet.nta.ac.in and nta.ac.in, in prior to 10 days of exam. Candidates are also advised to visit the NTA websites – www.nta.ac.in and ugcnet.nta.ac.in for the latest updates,” it said.

Earlier, the ministry of education cancelled UGC NET 2024 held on 24 June citing compromise in integrity of the exam. For further information, candidates are advised to visit the official website and check the notice.
