The Telangana Council of Higher Education is set to officially begin registration for phase 1 of the Telangana Education Common Entrance Test (EdCET) 2024 counselling process shortly. Interested candidates will be able to register themselves as soon as the window opens on August 8, 2024.
Phase I Counselling Dates
The counselling process typically involves the following steps;
Step 1: Registration - Candidates need to register online by providing the necessary details, uploading the required documents, and paying the processing fee.
Step 2: Verification - Documents submitted by the candidates will be verified.
Step 3: Option Entry - Candidates will be required to exercise their options for colleges and courses.
Step 4: Seat Allotment - Based on the merit list, seat allotment will be done.
Step 5: Admission - Candidates allotted seats will have to report to the allotted college for admission formalities.
Qualifying for the exam and counselling rounds acts as a gateway for candidates wishing to seek admission to a regular two-year BEd programme for the current academic year.
