The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced a revision to the Combined Higher Secondary Level (SSC CHSL 2024) Tier 1 examination dates. According to the latest announcement on ssc.gov.in, the SSC CHSL Tier 1 exam will now be held on July 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, and 11. Additionally, the Selection Post Examination, Phase XII, 2024 dates have been adjusted as well, now scheduled for June 20, 21, 24, 25, and 26.

The notification clarified that the schedule for the 'Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces Examination, 2024 (Paper-I)' remains unchanged and will be conducted from June 27 to June 29, 2024.

Approximately 3,712 vacancies will be filled through the SSC CHSL examination this year. Eligibility for the Data Entry Operator (DEO)/DEO Grade 'A' positions in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, and the Ministry of Culture required candidates to have passed Class 12 in Science with Mathematics. For other DEO/ DEO Grade 'A' positions and all LDC/JSA posts, candidates needed a class 12 qualification from a recognised board or university.

Following the confirmation of the Tier 1 exam dates, SSC is expected to release admit cards on their official website, ssc.gov.in, shortly.
