Steel Authority of India has issued a notification to recruit for the positions of Attendant cum Technician Trainee at the PSU. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of SAIL at sailcareers.com for the positions. The application for this recruitment process will begin on November 4 and will continue till November 25.

Through this recruitment process, SAIL will be filling up 85 vacancies.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for this position, candidates must have qualified the Matriculation and completed apprenticeship training of minimum one year duration in designated trade from an integrated steel plant and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by National Council for Vocational Training.
Age limit
Candidates applying for the position should be below the age of 28 years.
Application Fees
Candidates belonging to General, EWS and OBC categories will have to pay an application fee + processing fees (Rs 300) while candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental/ESM categories will have to pay a processing fee of Rs 100. These candidates are exempted from the payment of Application fee.
Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of a Computer Based Test (CBT). The shortlisted candidates will then be called in to appear in the Skill/Trade Test.
