Registration for UP NEET UG Counselling 2024 Starts Aug 20: Easy Steps to Register

The Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Uttar Pradesh, is set to commence the registration process for the UP NEET UG Counselling 2024 on August 20. Eligible candidates can apply online via the official portal, upneet.gov.in.

The registration window will remain open until 2PM on August 24. To participate, candidates are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of INR 2,000 through the available online payment gateway.

Steps to Register for UP NEET UG Counselling 2024

1. Visit the official website, upneet.gov.in.
2. Create an account, and provide personal, academic, and contact details.
3. Upload the candidate’s passport-sized photograph, signature, and left thumb impression as per specifications.
4. Pay the registration fee to complete the application process.
5. Review all entered details and submit the application.
6. Download and print a copy of the application form for future reference.

This counselling process is crucial for students aspiring to secure seats in MBBS and BDS programs within Uttar Pradesh. 

The initial phase will include online choice filling, scheduled from August 24 to August 29. Candidates must complete and lock their choices within this timeframe. The seat allotment results will be published on August 30, after which selected candidates must report to their allotted colleges between August 31 and September 5 to complete admission formalities.
