- Registration Deadline: October 8, 2024
- Choice-Filling Commences: October 11, 2024
- Last Date for Choice-Filling: October 13, 2024
- Seat Allotment Result: October 16, 2024
- Reporting at Allotted College: October 18 to 20, 2024 (with the option to withdraw by October 20, 6PM)

- NEET UG Admit Card 2024
- NEET UG 2024 Scorecard
- Class 10 Marksheet and Passing Certificate
- Class 12 Marksheet, Admit Card, and Passing Certificate
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Permanent Residential Certificate
- Character Certificate (from the last attended institution)
- Income Certificate (if applicable, issued by BDO or CO revenue officer)
- Six Passport Size Photographs (matching the one on the NEET UG Admit Card)
- Aadhar Card (for identity verification)
- Printed Copy of Online Application Form (Part-A and Part-B)
The seat allotment list for MP AYUSH NEET UG Round 2 will be released on October 16, 2024. Candidates allotted seats must report to the respective colleges between October 18 to 20, 2024 to secure admission. Those opting to withdraw from the process can do so by October 20, 6PM.
