How to Register for JEE Advanced 2024: Step-by-Step Guide

The registration process for JEE Advanced 2024, conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, commences today, April 27, 2024. Aspiring candidates can initiate the registration process by visiting the official website of JEE Advanced at jeeadv.ac.in. Registration opens at 5PM. 

A total of 250,284 candidates will write the JEE (Advanced) 2024 exam.

How to Register for JEE Advanced 2024

1. Visit the official website of JEE Advanced at jeeadv.ac.in.
2. Click on the designated link for JEE Advanced 2024.
3. Proceed to the registration page and complete the necessary details.
4. After successful registration, log in to your account.
5. Fill out the application form and remit the application fee.
6. Submit the application and retain a downloaded copy for future reference.
7. Maintain a hard copy of the application form as required.

Eligibility Criteria

 Candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1999. However, SC, ST, and PwD candidates benefit from a five-year age relaxation, extending the eligibility to those born on or after October 1, 1994.

Application Fees

For female candidates, SC, ST, and PwD category candidates, the registration fee stands at ₹1600, while all other Indian candidates are required to pay ₹3200. Payment of the fee should be executed online.

The deadline for application submission is May 7, 2024, while the last date for fee payment by registered candidates is May 10, 2024.
