Rajasthan School Education Department notified to commence the application process for National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship (NMMS 2023) from 16 September. Students who are studying in Class 8 will be eligible to apply for Rajasthan NMMS 2023 scholarship at the official website- rajshaladarpan.nic.in.
The last date to fill in the NMMS application form is 30 September. As per the eligibility criteria, Class 8 students who have scored at least 55% or equivalent grades in the Class 7 will be eligible to register for the RBSE NMMS 2023. They must have studied in the government, government-aided and local body run schools.
For continuation of scholarship in higher secondary school, students must score at least 60% marks in Class 10 board exam. They should clear Class 11 in the first attempt with a score of 55% marks or equivalent. However, for students belonging to SC, ST category, a relaxation of 5% will be given. Students whose annual family income is not more than Rs 3.5 lakh will be considered for the NMMS scholarships.
